Food, sweet food

Three main elements to this meal — on the bottom is a couscous and sweet potato mash flavored with wasabi, chipotle, brown sugar, powdered sesame seed, lime, soy milk, and apple cider vinegar, topped with red onion and green pepper fried in garlic with a sprout and fresh lime garnish. I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes so I wasn't totally sure if I'd like it but it turned out pretty well.

I know the combination of soy milk and apple cider vinegar sounds terrible but the cider was tossed in at the very last minute because it was a little bit too sweet for me (the base was an experiment). The total prep and cook time for this was about fifteen minutes by the way.
