I have 2 turtles (one a red eared slider aswell) and they are ok with some fish. She should be ok with the fish since shes young and they are bigger than her, though she may nip at them a little. Im sure that she will et used to them being around as she grows up, and there wont be too much of an issue. :) Turtles are such great pets!!

Oops, yes she will grow up, slowly but constantly, and yes, she will eat any fish as soon as she is big enough for it.
The initially small and cute creatures are carnivorous, actually mine got big on a diet of raw minced meat and cuttlefish bone (cuttlebone?), they need the extra calcium to build new shell otherwise they get soft, ill and die.
As for the sex, it might be very difficult to say, once I read that males have a slightly concave lower shell and female are flatter, but I don't really know even after having one of those for 20 year. In Europe they are considered a pest because people dump them in ponds and lakes when they get too big and they eat everything that moves.
It will stop eating and doing pretty much anything as soon as winter starts, put it in a cool place were it does not freeze to overwinter.
