Shannon i would LOVE to buy a copy of this book!! I’ve been waiting to try and get my hands on a copy forever, ive even posted craigslist ads haha. If i buy the book and mailed it to you, and payed for shipping back as well, would you be willing to sign it?

Yeah, they seem to have upped their prices… It really seems kind of outrageous. I may just upload a better quality PDF so people can print it themselves!

Glad to see that the hard cover is back up for sale. I am wondering, however, how much the book is going for? On zentastic you quote about 55$ where as on the printer’s site it’s closer to 75$.

I just received an email today saying that the printer refused to print the hardcover. “This is due to the extremely graphic nature of the content, and the printer has chosen not to print this book.” Has anyone else received this email? And why did some people get a copy before all this? WTF? CENSORSHIP!!! I am absolutely disgusted!
